As the name suggest, this centre was founded by the late Jennifer Ho and is now managed by her sister, Jephnie Ho.
Jephnie has come a long way with the centre. Even though she came from the engineering background, she has successfully transform the centre into one of the top leading Beauty outlets in Klang, catering to loyal customers who even come all the way from outside Klang area. Basing on a “resort-like” concept, Jephnie has created an ambience in the centre with décor that is so comfortable and tranquil-like. And she is a genius in using recycled items for her decors. For first timers, do not be pushed off by the closed entrance; once you enter, you will not want to leave and will definitely want to return in future.
Jephnie believes in providing a holistic approach to beauty and her therapists are all properly skill-trained. She maintains qualify staff and is very strict with her training. Her secret for her success lies in her ability to meet customers’ requirements and needs. You can trust her to deliver, seeing that she took effort to get herself trained in UK and yes…you can look forward to her delicious desserts or drinks after treatment!
